There are many CLI tools based on OS and as per their features but the functionality is same i.e to ease the interaction of user to Operating system. As being a windows user you may use cmd or powershell.As being a mac user you may use shell or fish. Linux user may use bash or other terminal.We see many youtubers or programmers using cool terminals.
